A 2.5Mft2 new industrial & logistics park comprising extensive ground improvements, a phased delivery of new units to suit end user led demand complete with estate roads, substantial landscaping and off-site highways works/ junction improvements.
All units to achieve a BREEAM Very Good rating and a Grade A Energy Performance Certificate.
