Biography

Chris Burris joined Rider Levett Bucknall in 2001 and has recently assumed the Resident Manager position at the Seattle office. As a 10 year veteran of the construction industry, Chris has performed a broad range of tasks. He specializes in construction cost, conceptual estimating, life cycle costing, contract administration, reviewing progress draws and change orders. Chris has a Masters in Civil Engineering and a Bachelors of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of Washington. Chris’ project experience ranges from $100,000’s to $500 million; providing services from inception to completion.

His experience covers education, healthcare, municipal, hotel/resort, Indian gaming and commercial projects.
