Biography

Emile is the Resident Manager of the Hagåtña office in Guam. His educational background is in Quantity Surveying and he has over 20 years of national and international construction cost management experience.
Throughout his professional career, Emile has been involved in various projects providing a full range of cost management services including pre-bid cost management, preparation of bid documents, contract administration and cost control during construction. Through meticulous change order management, Emile has successfully negotiated millions of dollars in cost savings for clients.

Emile specializes in hospitality, retail, recreational, civil and military projects ranging from $20,000 to $500 million in construction value.
