Biography

Joel Brown is Resident Manager at the firm’s Tucson location and a LEED® Accredited Professional. Joel has a Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying at the University of Abertay, Dundee, Scotland and has seven years of experience in all facets of construction including estimating and post-contract administration as both a Consultant and a Contractor. His strengths include providing advice on construction cost, conditions of contract, contract documentation and contract administration.

He has been responsible for a wide variety of projects and building types for both private and public sector clients. His project experience ranges from $10,000 to over $600 million.
