Biography

John Jozwick is General Counsel at the Rider Levett Bucknall Americas practice and is a Senior Vice President in the Phoenix office. He is also manages the Advisory Services division consulting on project controls, construction disputes, claims for additional compensation and time, construction defects, and providing Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and dispute avoidance services.

With over 30 years experience in the construction industry, John provides services to owners, contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, sureties, and attorneys relating to construction projects and construction disputes. He has experience as an Engineer, Owner’s Construction Representative (CONREP), Attorney, Consultant and Expert Witness, and ADR Provider. Along with providing expert witness services relating to construction disputes, John is available as an Arbitrator, Mediator, Dispute Review Board Member, or Project Neutral.

During his career, John has been involved in a wide variety of construction projects and disputes, including: bridges, roads, transit, utilities and infrastructure, civil, residential, multi-family, office, hotel, casino, commercial, industrial, educational, prisons, justice centers, hospitals, marine facilities, ship repair, and shipbuilding.

Rider Levett Bucknall is a global organisation and it may be necessary to forward personal information relating to job applications internally to different regions or companies operating under the Rider Levett Bucknall name. All applications sent via the 'Send Us Your CV' link on www.vacancies.rlb.com will be initially processed in the UK in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998 and sent to any specific region stipulated on the application form under the 'Desired Office' or 'Covering Letter' sections. All other applications made directly to specific vacancies online with be sent and processed by the local region responsible for posting the vacancy on the global website (www.rlb.com).
