Biography

Julian Anderson is President of the Rider Levett Bucknall Americas practice and a member of Rider Levett Bucknall’s Global Board. He is responsible for the overall management of the Americas practice. Julian’s project experience ranges from $100,000 to $700 million; providing advice on construction cost, project management and expert testimony. Julian is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with a degree in Construction Economics. He is also a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, a licensed general contractor, and has been a Certified Cost Consultant since 1994.

As a recognized expert in the construction industry, Mr. Anderson assists owners, contractors, insurance companies and their attorneys in the assertion or defense of construction related lawsuits. Mr. Anderson has extensive experience in areas related to construction cost and claims for damages. He has testified in deposition, arbitration and in court as an expert witness.

Julian has published numerous articles and has presented several lectures and programs on construction economics. He continues to be involved on a number of the firm’s iconic projects, including:

Rider Levett Bucknall is a global organisation and it may be necessary to forward personal information relating to job applications internally to different regions or companies operating under the Rider Levett Bucknall name. All applications sent via the 'Send Us Your CV' link on www.vacancies.rlb.com will be initially processed in the UK in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998 and sent to any specific region stipulated on the application form under the 'Desired Office' or 'Covering Letter' sections. All other applications made directly to specific vacancies online with be sent and processed by the local region responsible for posting the vacancy on the global website (www.rlb.com).
