The Singapore Flyer at a wheel diameter of 150m is larger than the London Eye's 135m diameter. Construction progress on the Singapore Flyer is ahead of schedule and it is scheduled for opening in February 2008. The Singapore Flyer has also won the BCA Green Mark Award (2007) in recognition of its environmentally sustainable features and technology.
