Brian has over 30 years experience in the construction industry with a strong background in Project and Commercial Management. Brian is a procurement specialist with considerable knowledge of Prime Contracting, PFI, Private Developer Schemes, serial framework contracts. He developed the Project Bank Account model, first use on the Andover Prime Contract and is still involved in the project. He has more recently worked with two High Street Banks and the authors of the main standard forms of contract to turn the model into a fully operational fair payment solution for use by the whole construction industry.

6 years experience of working with clients from different industries to improve their manufacturing and business processes using available technology and systems. Riz also provides strategic consultancy services for specialist projects both within academia and in the commercial environment. He has been actively involved in the development of the Project Bank Account concept for the last two years.

Terry is a commercially aware, well motivated and computer literate Quantity Surveyor with over 25 years experience of both the professional and contracting sides of the construction industry on a variety of projects ranging from high tech and office developments to private and social housing, civil engineering and claims evaluation, negotiation and resolution. He has 7 years hands on experience of managing milestone payments through a Project Bank Account.
