The vision of the new Australian Film, Television and Radio School, Sydney, Australia was to create a contemporary and cutting-edge facility fostering creativity and cultural change.
While encompassing significant heritage elements and public usage considerations, the new campus has provided AFTRS with a cultural shift in the operation of the school, involving: the interaction between departments; and engagement of students and social interaction within the public domain areas including a library, cinema, cafe and park.

The £14.5 million project to develop a 7,800 m2 building arranged over two floors was finalised to provide a global centre of excellence in the opto-electronics sector known as Optic Technium.
OpTIC (Opto-electronics Technology and Incubation Centre) is one of the UK's most advanced business incubation centres that co-locate an incubation, technology and business centre all under one roof to support young businesses.
With sector business incubators, research and development facilities and a business management centre, the building aims to link university centres of excellence with entrepreneurial businesses to promote innovative and sustainable technologies.
The multidisciplinary project team was assembled and led by Rider Levett Bucknall as project manager. Rider Levett Bucknall also acted as cost consultant, building services cost consultant, planning supervisor and clerk of the works.
The building achieved BREEAM Excellent Rating and is a Constructing Excellence Demonstration Project.

LASALLE College of the Arts is one of the pioneer arts institutions situated in the Arts, Culture, Learning and Entertainment hub in the Bras Basah, Bugis district of Singapore.
With its unique architectural design and modern teaching, performing, theatre and exhibition facilities, the successful development of LASALLE College has defined Singapore's emergence as a global city of the arts.
LASALLE College of the Arts was awarded the prestigious "Building of the Year" and the Design Award for institution category by the Singapore Institute of Architects in 2008. The College later received a second architectural award - the President's Design Award.

The Hawke Building represents a significant commitment by the University of South Australia (UniSA) in education and the arts while honouring a notable Australian Prime Minister.
Iconic in design it resides comfortably within Adelaide's cultural boulevard. It's multi-purpose facilities enable both public and student learning and encourage engagement with the University.
With over 6500 m2 of floor space, the building includes a Civic Gallery, a 400-seat auditorium, a 150-seat forum space, and the second largest public art gallery in the state, with modern facilities and services throughout.
Rider Levett Bucknall provided full cost management services, including initial financial modelling, value management, audio visual project coordination and negotiation of a guaranteed construction sum.
