Green Square's South Tower was awarded a high commendation in the Rider Levett Bucknall Award for Office Developments (2009 Property Council of Australia Rider Levett Bucknall Innovation and Excellence Awards).

Situated in the Futian District, the main business and administration district of Shenzhen City in China, Shenzhen Stock Exchange features offices, a trading floor, and research, training and conference facilities.
The building consists of a central tower with an elevated box raised off the ground to provide a canopy for a public plaza beneath. The total construction area is approximately 270,000 m2.
Rider Levett Bucknall has been providing full quantity surveying services from inception to completion for this project since June 2006. Cost planning for the design development stage has been completed. The building is now under construction and is scheduled to complete in August 2011.
This is an end user building and carries the name of the client's organisation. The client's requirement on quality is second to none. The project team worked on a tight schedule to complete all tasks.

The Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City required the development of a new headquarters building to replace their current ageing facility in downtown Kansas City.
This new building is 600,000 square feet and comprises an 11 level office tower above a three-level operations center with a 70 foot, below grade vault. Because of the nature of the building's purpose, structural and site security on the building was imperative.
As cost consultant on the project throughout the design phase, Rider Levett Bucknall understood the complexity of designing a visible federal structure post 9-11 and was able to effectively price the optimum levels of force protection for the structure.
Cost planning at such early stages in the design process enabled the design team to stay within the anticipated project cost.

The ANZ Campus showcases best practice in environmentally sustainable design.
Melbourne Docklands is a $12 billion premium waterfront development changing the face of the CBD and enhancing Melbourne's connection with its waterfront. Located on Victoria Harbour and with three kilometres of Yarra River frontage at the western edge of the city, Docklands is Australia's largest construction project and a large urban renewal project by world standards.
The new 10-storey ANZ Campus incorporates office accommodation, retail and amenities for 5,500 employees. A light-filled atrium is designed to maximise light penetration across all floors. Environmental features include rainwater collection, use of fresh air and natural light, a landscaped roof and improved energy efficiency to reduce greenhouse emissions.
Rider Levett Bucknall provided full cost management services, including Independent Certification for this 6 star Green Star - Office Design v2 rated development. Totalling approximately 87,000m2, the ANZ Campus is the largest single tenancy commercial office building in Australia.

With a cafe, casual meeting areas and a signature sculptural function space, the new South Australia Water building is a vibrant contributor to the activity of Victoria Square, Adelaide, Australia.
Large floorplates of 2,200 m2 are linked by a generous atrium and central stair, bringing light and activity into the centre of this 6 star Green Star - Office Design v2 rated building. An underfloor air conditioning system delivers conditioned air at floor level, enabling stale air to be efficiently removed from the work areas. Combined with high levels of natural light, energy and water efficiency, the building sets new standards for corporate office accommodation.
Rider Levett Bucknall provided cost management for the base building and fitout from conception to completion and finance certification. The building incorporates the latest approaches in corporate office accommodation to provide a healthy, integrated workplace environment. Floors are linked both visually and physically, fostering interaction and collaboration within the workplace.
