Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) in South Africa is pleased to announce the promotion of Andrew Black to Associate, effective 1 March 2025.
A graduate of the University of Cape Town (2015), Andrew brings over nine years of experience in the quantity surveying profession, with a particular focus on commercial and residential developments. Since joining our Cape Town office in 2022, he has consistently delivered accurate cost management solutions, navigated complex project requirements, and cultivated strong working relationships with clients. Andrew is registered with both the South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
In his new role, Andrew will assume greater leadership responsibilities, mentoring junior professionals and contributing to the strategic growth of RLB in Cape Town. His proactive approach and technical insight ensure that client needs are met with innovative, forward-thinking solutions that uphold RLB’s commitment to quality and integrity.
