Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) in South Africa is pleased to announce the promotion of Anita Ferger to Associate, effective 1 January 2026.
A graduate of the University of Cape Town (2021), Anita has consistently demonstrated reliability, strong technical judgement, and an ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Since joining the Cape Town office in 2022, she has contributed to a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential projects.
In her new role as Associate, Anita will continue to champion project excellence, expand her mentoring responsibilities, and support strategic initiatives within the Cape Town office.
Anita has made an invaluable contribution to both our projects and our culture, and her promotion is a testament to her dedication and the confidence we have in her future leadership.
