The City of Pretoria, or Tshwane, is located in the province of Gauteng and is the capital of South Africa.
Also known as the ‘Jacaranda City,’ it prides itself on the thousands of Jacaranda trees which line its streets, turning it into a purple wonderland every spring. The city is home to the Union Buildings (the seat of government in South Africa) and various other historical sites, academic institutions and tourist attractions.
The RLB Pentad office in Pretoria is situated in the Menlyn Maine Mixed-Use Precinct which is one of our flagship projects. The precinct is a 4-Star Green Star SA design rated initiative (as rated by the Green Building Council South Africa).
