The business district of Rosebank is a suburb of the City of Johannesburg located in province of Gauteng.
Rosebank is a cosmopolitan commercial and residential suburb of the City of Johannesburg in Gauteng, and having recently undergone extensive redevelopment, is becoming an increasingly popular location for corporates. Rosebank is one of the stops on the popular Gautrain route and is less than 5km from the Sandton business district.
RLB Pentad’s Engineering Cost Management (ECM) business unit relocated to Rosebank in 2021 in order to be closer to its clients and for easy access to the Gautrain, to facilitate project travel requirements to our various project sites across South Africa and the African continent.
Our ECM business operates as an independent specialist business within RLB Pentad, providing cost estimating, procurement, quantity surveying, cost and contract management/administration, and project cost control services to mining and minerals, infrastructure and engineering projects. We operate throughout Africa from our base in Johannesburg and use support from local offices across the African continent.
Our current projects include the Kamoa Copper Project (projected to be second largest copper complex globally), Ivanplats Platreef Project, Northam Platinum’s Zondereinde Project and Anglo American Platinum’s Mogalakwena CPR Project.
