Chetin Ramjee

Chetin Ramjee, Director at RLB, is a professional quantity surveyor, registered with the South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession. He is a member of the Association of South African Quantity Surveyors, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the South African Council of Shopping Centres and the South African Institute of Black Property Practitioners.

He specialises in high value commercial, industrial and retail projects and has extensive experience in retail developments, corporate head offices, hotel and leisure projects, casinos, convention centres and refurbishments.

Chetin has over 20 years’ experience and has been with RLB since 2004.
