Derek Röver

Derek Rover is a Director of Rossouw Röver and Associates Quantity Surveyors and has 15 years’ experience. He is registered with the Namibia Council for Architects and Quantity Surveyors. He is also a former President of the Institute of Namibian Quantity Surveyors and is currently serving as a Board Member.

He has extensive experience in full-service cost management in both public and private sectors in Africa. His areas of expertise include commercial offices, residential, retail, pharmaceutical, medical, industrial as well as engineering projects.
