Dipika Gopal, Partner at RLB, is a professional quantity surveyor with over a decade of experience across all sectors of the construction industry, including commercial, residential, industrial, and infrastructure projects. She is registered with the South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession and is a member of both the Association of South African Quantity Surveyors and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Dipika’s expertise spans the full lifecycle of construction projects – from initial feasibility and cost planning to procurement, contract administration, and final account settlement.
