Richard Anderson is a Director of RLB in Auckland and RLB in Otago, and a member of our Executive Committee and Global Board.
With over 38 years’ experience in the construction industries in the UK, United States and New Zealand, Richard’s portfolio includes rail and roading infrastructure, transport intermodal infrastructure, hotels and resorts, entertainment and hospitality, health, early childhood centres, specialist fit-¬outs and data centres.
Richard takes an active role in the prestigious Property Council of New Zealand Property Industry Awards as a Judge.
He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the New Zealand Institute of Quantity Surveyors, and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
