The inaugural RLB North America Sustainability Report offers a comprehensive evaluation of how our practice is embedding sustainability across the organization, moving beyond high-level intentions to deliver measurable performance and firm-wide accountability. Sustainability is an operational priority that shapes how RLB operates, supports teams, and leads the built environment.
Rooted in our values of Truth, Trust, Together, and Tomorrow, the report highlights our 2025 sustainability performance. The new publication outlines our operational carbon footprint and internal decarbonization programs, while highlighting our Corporate Social Responsibility framework and ongoing investments in professional development. What began in 2021 as a grassroots effort led by three employees has expanded into a fully integrated, firm-wide sustainability program that informs our day-to-day operations.
Our inaugural report is both a reflection of progress achieved and a baseline for continued improvement. By measuring our impacts and sharing our results, RLB establishes a foundation for long-term environmental stewardship and meaningful collaboration with clients, partners, and industry peers pursuing a more sustainable future.
