The AAA’s counsel-rated Mega Construction Panel is a specialized roster of leading arbitrators and mediators for large-scale construction project claims. Created with input from top construction attorneys and industry professionals, the panel includes selected and rated by counsel for their experience and credentials in major project disputes. A diverse committee of advocates and in-house counsel representing owners, contractors, design professionals, and insurers oversees the rating process. The AAA also supports these complex matters through executive-level facilitation from its Construction Division leadership.

John Jozwick has been cultivating his expertise for more than 40 years, providing our firm and the industry with deep knowledge and trusted guidance. He has built his career on maintaining project momentum and fostering partnerships across the construction community. As Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Rider Levett Bucknall North America, John leads Advisory Consulting Services and specializes in resolving complex construction disputes. Since 1994, he has served as an Arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association on multiple panels and is also a member of the CPR Institute and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. His commitment to collaboration and dispute avoidance has helped safeguard projects and strengthen client relationships across North America.
