RLB is proud to announce the appointment of Josh Marks as Head of Infrastructure, marking an important milestone in the continued growth and expansion of our infrastructure services.
Josh is a Registered Professional Civil Engineer in Arizona and a Project Management Professional (PMP) with more than 25 years of experience delivering complex construction and infrastructure projects. Over the course of his career, he has developed a comprehensive understanding of the critical factors required to successfully plan, manage, and execute large‑scale infrastructure programs.
Known for his ability to navigate the intersection of cost, schedule, quality, and logistics, Josh ensures these elements are clearly defined, aligned among stakeholders, and thoroughly documented prior to project execution. His leadership brings clarity, accountability, and consistency—helping teams mitigate risk and deliver successful outcomes.
With Josh’s expertise and strategic oversight, RLB is well positioned to further strengthen its infrastructure capabilities and deliver value across every stage of the project lifecycle.
