Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) is pleased to announce the expansion of its Western Region business development leadership with the addition of Tim Johnson, a seasoned executive with more than 15 years of experience driving revenue growth, securing high-value projects, and building long-term C-suite partnerships.

Based in Phoenix, Arizona, Tim leads RLB’s business development efforts across multiple sectors, supporting clients throughout the Western Region. He brings deep expertise in healthcare, helping hospitals, health systems, and physician groups navigate complex capital planning and project delivery. In addition to healthcare, Tim has a strong track record across mixed-use, commercial, infrastructure, and industrial, manufacturing, and logistics markets, partnering with clients to deliver strategically planned, high-performing assets.

Tim’s professional strengths include business development strategy, client acquisition and retention, proposal development, market research, and stakeholder engagement. In his role at RLB, he works closely with project, advisory, and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that maximize value, mitigate risk, and align with client objectives.

“I’m thrilled to help expand RLB’s presence across Phoenix and the Western Region,” said Tim Johnson. “While healthcare remains a key focus, I’m excited to partner with clients across diverse sectors, helping them make informed decisions, optimize investments, and deliver high-performing assets.”

Tim’s appointment reinforces Rider Levett Bucknall’s ongoing commitment to supporting clients throughout the Western Region with strong market insight, technical expertise, and relationship-driven leadership.
