Based in our Tucson office, Gretchen brings extensive experience delivering complex municipal and infrastructure projects, with a background in engineering, procurement, and construction services supporting road, utility, and mining programs across all project phases.

She leads with transparency, builds confidence among stakeholders, and excels at project setup, navigating field complexities, and balancing cost, schedule, quality, and expectations. As a PMP-certified civil engineer, she brings a thoughtful, hands on approach to planning, budget and scope management, and resolving change orders and claims, helping teams move projects forward with confidence.
