Apart from his data center expertise, Justin brings more than 25 years of international experience in overseeing program management, quantity surveying, and project controls across projects. He has led multi-billion dollar portfolios across the healthcare, life sciences, education, and private and public sectors, while approaching each initiative with a collaborative mindset.
