This strategic addition reinforces RLB’s commitment to delivering sustainable solutions and strengthens its position in the construction consultancy market.
Leading our Sustainability Services division is Aaron Woodward, Principal and Head of Sustainability for North America. With over 25 years of global project management experience, Aaron is an accomplished leader in green building practices. Known for his ability to foster collaborative, results-driven teams, he brings a proactive, client-focused approach to managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and now sustainability outcomes.
The launch of our Sustainability Services reflects a strategic expansion of our capabilities and a clear response to the evolving priorities of our clients and the industry. With Aaron leading this initiative, we’re positioned to deliver solutions that are not only innovative and measurable but grounded in real-world application.

In his role, Aaron is responsible for developing and implementing sustainability strategies across all sectors, embedding Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into RLB’s operations and client projects. He works closely with multidisciplinary teams to drive innovation in low-carbon solutions, advise clients on compliance with frameworks such as LEED and WELL, and support achievement of net zero targets.
