Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB), a global construction and property consultancy, has officially opened a new office in Minneapolis, Minnesota, expanding the firm’s footprint in the Upper Midwest. This move supports RLB’s strategic growth in key U.S. markets and its ongoing commitment to delivering best-in-class service across a range of sectors.

Minneapolis, located on both banks of the Upper Mississippi River and adjacent to Saint Paul, forms the Twin Cities metropolitan area—home to about 3.69 million people and extending into western Wisconsin. Once a hub for lumber and flour milling, the city has evolved into a diverse economic center, with major industries including trade, transportation, healthcare, education, and professional services. As of 2024, the region ranked eighth in the U.S. for concentration of major corporate headquarters, with Minneapolis hosting five Fortune 500 companies.

“Establishing a presence in Minneapolis reflects our commitment to supporting clients with the proven expertise RLB is known for. Our experience in construction consultancy positions us to bring clarity, confidence, and consistency to projects as we continue growing in key markets across the country.”
Paul Brussow, President of RLB North America

RLB is pleased to announce that Jesse Zunke will lead the new Minneapolis office. With over 15 years of experience in construction and cost consultancy and 9 years with RLB, Jesse has played a key role in advancing RLB’s operations across the West and Midwest, managing high-performing teams and contributing to complex projects in aviation, higher education, municipal infrastructure, and sports facilities.

Spanning more than twenty-four offices, RLB’s Americas practice has been bringing imagination to life in the AEC industry for over thirty years. By combining their local market knowledge with their regional expertise, they deliver project management, cost management, scheduling, advisory, and sustainability services – all of which shape the future of the built environment.
