Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) is enhancing its presence in Southern Arizona with key leadership updates that support both the firm’s local commitment and its national growth in the infrastructure sector.

Megan Magee Named Tucson Office Lead

RLB is pleased to announce that Megan Magee, Associate, has been appointed Office Lead for the Tucson team.

With more than 23 years in the local construction industry, Megan brings a strong network of regional partnerships and a proven track record delivering complex, multimillion‑dollar projects across healthcare, commercial, retail, education, and research sectors. Since joining RLB last year, she has already made a significant impact—strengthening client relationships, elevating project delivery, and expanding the firm’s visibility throughout Southern Arizona.

Under her leadership, the Tucson office will continue advancing thoughtful, high‑quality solutions tailored to the region’s evolving construction needs.

“I’m excited to grow with RLB and contribute to projects that positively impact our communities,” said Megan Magee. “With the talent of our Tucson team and RLB’s global resources, we’re well positioned to deliver thoughtful, high‑quality solutions for our clients.”

As part of RLB’s continued investment in infrastructure expertise, Josh Marks will maintain a local presence in Tucson while expanding his role as the firm’s Head of Infrastructure nationally. In this position, Josh oversees infrastructure strategy, sector growth, and delivery standards across the U.S.—further supporting RLB’s long‑term commitment to clients across transportation, utilities, and public‑sector markets.

“With Megan at the helm in Tucson, our clients and partners are in excellent hands,” said Marks. “She brings the experience, relationships, and leadership presence needed to continue building on our strong foundation in Southern Arizona. I’m excited to see the office grow under her direction while I focus on expanding our infrastructure strategy nationally.”

Together, Megan’s regional leadership and Josh’s national oversight reinforce RLB’s commitment to innovation, client service, and strategic growth—both in Tucson and across the broader infrastructure landscape.
