Maui

The county of Maui includes the Hawaiian Islands of Maui, Molokai, Lanai, and Kahoolawe. Maui is the largest island in the county, with a population of about 160,000.

Maui is a mecca for windsurfing, water sports, hiking, and whale watching during the winter season. The island is well known for world-class resorts, lush rainforests and valleys, and Haleakala; the largest dormant volcano in the world.

With greater infrastructure demands due to the growing population, and to better serve our clients, RLB opened our Maui office in 2013. Since then, we have provided construction cost and project management services in various sectors including residential, education, hospitality, commercial, transportation, and civic projects.

Notable projects include the Four Seasons Hotel on Lanai, the Hyatt Kaanapali, and a range of projects on behalf of the Department of Transportation that included major work at the airport.
