Dave Allen, PMP, holds an MBA and brings over 23 years of experience in the construction industry. As an Associate at RLB, he is a results-driven project leader with deep expertise in project management, construction standards, and MEP systems.

In his role, Dave oversees budgets, schedules, and quality control, while coordinating closely with project teams and communicating progress to leadership. He has extensive experience managing MEP procurement, ensuring timely delivery to support lean construction practices and minimize disruptions to facility operations.

Dave has successfully led projects across the United States, funded by both public and private sources, demonstrating his adaptability and broad industry knowledge.
