She specializes in project controls, budget planning and estimating, competitive bidding, leveling & assessments, procurement, contracts & negotiations, leadership & management, quality control, risk mitigation, and change order management.

She has worked across various sectors, including hospitality, corporate/commercial, retail, residential, education, sports & recreation/entertainment, government, medical, and infrastructure. With her extensive knowledge and experience, she efficiently manages multiple complexes and multi-million-dollar construction projects at the same time, overseeing all phases from conception and planning to closeout and completion—ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
