Emile le Roux

Emile Le Roux is an Associate Principal at RLB’s Phoenix office. His educational background is in Quantity Surveying, and he has over 33 years of national and international construction cost management experience. Throughout his professional career, Emile has been involved in various projects, having provided a full-range of cost management services including drafting detailed plans in order to identify and estimate accurate costs, pre-bid cost management, preparation of bid documents, contract administration and cost control during construction. Through meticulous change order management, he has successfully negotiated millions of dollars in cost savings for clients. Emile specializes in federal, commercial, hospitality, retail, recreational, civil and military projects ranging from $20,000 to $1 billion in construction value. He has also assisted clients in litigation and provided assistance with strategic support, document management, and technical insight.
