Ewan is originally from Scotland and brings over 20 years of experience in the infrastructure sector, with a strong emphasis on P3 projects. He is both a Chartered Surveyor and a Chartered Arbitrator. Before joining RLB UK in December 2024, he worked with Facilities Management providers and then spent 10 years at a company specializing in managing P3 projects on behalf of investors.
At RLB NA, Ewan will be leading our expansion into Built Asset Consulting focusing on Condition Assessments, Whole Life Costing, and increasing our Lender Services. In addition Ewan will be looking to increase our presence in the P3 sector with support to both Public Owners as well as Developers and Operators.
