Gretchen Soule

Gretchen is an Associate at RLB, specializing in sustainable infrastructure projects. For the past twenty years, she has been working in the federal sector supporting A&E and consulting firms to delivery programs and expand their business with USAID, Department of State, DoD, the VA and other U.S. government. She has several years’ experience in international development and has managed projects in the middle east, Africa and Asia and completed assignments in the West Bank and Gaza and Afghanistan. She recently moved to Arizona from Washington, D.C. Prior to working in the federal sector, Gretchen was a project controls engineer working in the mining, telecom and pharmaceutical industries.
