Hossein Fotouhi is an Associate with RLB.  A Mechanical Engineer (P.Eng.) and Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS), he has extensive experience in mechanical cost estimating, system design, and construction delivery. Hossein has worked on major capital and complex mid-size projects across commercial, institutional, infrastructure, healthcare, and data center sectors. He specializes in providing reliable cost estimates from feasibility and conceptual design through to tendering and contract documentation, combining technical expertise, knowledge of energy-efficient systems, and a practical, detail-oriented approach to cost management.
