Jack Duff

Jack Duff is a Director at RLB specializing in project and cost management. His extensive career in the development and construction industry is grounded with hands-on expertise and disciplined leadership.

Most recently, Jack spent 10 years with JLL as a Managing Director and Industrial Lead for the Central U.S. While in this role, he oversaw projects ranging from offices, R&D facilities, industrial, and healthcare. His team prioritized collaborating with clients, developers, designers, and contractors to implement alternate strategies resulting in cost savings and efficiencies for the client. Overall, Jack’s consistency and attention to detail have allowed him to support clients in successful projects that exceeded their expectations.

Jack established a proven record of accomplishment managing and supervising high-quality residential and commercial projects. Jack’s journey in the construction industry began as he worked in the trades through high school and college. Upon college graduation he served in the US Army, receiving an Honorable Discharge in 1989. Jack worked as a carpentry contractor prior to joining John Swider & Associates in Chicago. He served as a Construction Superintendent and Project Manager before returning to Ohio, where he spent three years with The Drees Company as a Builder / Project Manager, overseeing comprehensive construction management and supporting sales. Jack then joined Republic Development where he worked for 10 years as Land Acquisition & Site Development Manager responsible for construction, administration, and sales of multiple Design/Build commercial and residential development projects in various markets.
