John McGrath

John McGrath is an Associate Principal with RLB and has been in the industry for 11 years. He has managed client and stakeholder relationships, and built and implemented tools that automate tasks and increase efficiency and throughput. John is a dedicated leader with exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Previously, John served as a Project Management/Engineering Economics Course Instructor at Oregon State University. His credentials include a Masters of Science Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering. During his time with one of the largest semiconductor manufacturers in the world, John assisted in writing the contracts for several large projects. This included tailoring and modifying contract language, negotiating unit rates/unit rate usages, and tailoring the addition and removal of unit rates to the bid lists. He also pitched, designed, built, and managed the group responsible for the company’s bid analysis tool, which revolutionized insight into rates, and created the ability to optimize award allocations.
