Joyce Domondon

Joyce is an Associate at RLB. She brings 35 years of experience in the building profession as a Quantity Surveyor, including 25 years in Asia and the remainder in the United States. Joyce joined RLB San Francisco in 2018. She has served as project director overseeing estimating services, managing teams, guiding project strategy, and leading client communication and contract negotiations. Her expertise spans pre-construction estimating, cost planning, value engineering, change order evaluation, tender review, and post-contract management, making her a trusted cost advisor and client representative.
