Kevin Mitchell

Kevin Mitchell is an Executive Vice President of RLB’s North America practice, and the Director of Operations for the Pacific North West region and is based out of the Seattle office.  Kevin was previously  involved in the overall management of the Hawaii “Big Island” and Maui offices and oversaw all projects and client relations.

From critical projects that serve our community, to large-scale construction that defines the built environment, our portfolio and the people who bring those projects to life represent unity in diversity that is unique to the Hawaiian Islands.

A 32-year veteran of the construction industry, Kevin joined RLB in 2001. He has extensive experience in all facets of construction, including cost estimating, lender services, litigation support, and project management. He has advised clients on budget and project scope development, conducted pre-construction project reviews, and counseled on cost control and risk management for large-scale public and private developments.

He is a member of the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering.

Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in quantity surveying from the University of Natal, South Africa.
