Marci Utakis

Marci Utakis is an Associate with RLB responsible for leading business development initiatives through the execution of strategies aimed at identifying, qualifying, and cultivating key relationships that drive business opportunities, with particular emphasis on the real estate and construction markets in Arizona. She collaborates with local and regional leadership, as well as industry experts, to ensure alignment with the firm’s long-term business goals. A key aspect of her role involves building and nurturing authentic relationships with professionals across both public and private sectors. In support of these relationships, she plays an active leadership role and serves on committees for numerous local and national organizations dedicated to education and advocacy for economic development, public works, and responsible development.
