Oscar Gonzalez

Oscar Gonzalez is an Associate Principal at RLB. Oscar has over 23 years of experience managing capital projects and portfolios across diverse environments, and has led city-wide initiatives encompassing approximately 20 million square feet of space. His portfolio includes acute care campuses, post-acute facilities, and primary care clinics.

Key projects have included the $1.7 billion Ruth Bader Ginsburg Building at South Brooklyn Health Hospital, a $30 million new primary care clinic in Far Rockaway, and the modernization of women’s health programs across multiple facilities totaling over $100 million. Additional efforts include several design-build initiatives valued at approximately $200 million and the implementation of decarbonization strategies to help reduce the city’s carbon footprint.
