With 21 years of experience, he has been involved in landmark projects across the Hawaiian Islands with a portfolio in excess of $2B. Clients in private and public sectors rely on Terence for his adept navigation of projects in the preconstruction, construction and closeout phases as well as his ability to balance relationships among stakeholders and project teams. He holds credentials as a Certified Construction Manager and earned his civil engineering degree from Purdue University.
