BANK OF AMERICA HEADQUARTERS
Located at 225 Franklin Street, in historic downtown Boston, the Bank of America headquarters' interior fit-out was designed by Gensler.
The design included customer-facing, back-of-house, and conference facilities. This was spread over six non-consecutive floors within a high-rise building, which remained operational throughout the project.
The 160,000 square-foot renovation fit-out was designed to meet LEED Silver standards.
RLB provided construction cost management services to the design team, including budget development, milestone cost estimates, and reconciliation with the construction manager.
