During Technical Due Diligence (TDD), we conduct a comprehensive pre-construction review, analyzing project documentation, contracts, projected performance, and financial structures. We provide detailed reporting and technical guidance throughout the transaction process, supporting alignment with legal and stakeholder requirements.
Once construction begins, our monitoring phase delivers ongoing oversight through site visits, progress tracking, cost and schedule analysis, and disbursement reviews. This ensures transparency, mitigates risk, and protects our clients’ financial interests from inception through completion.
