On 21 May, RLB visited the Hong Kong Housing Society (HKHS) Head Operations Headquarters for a digitalisation sharing session, where we exchanged ideas on the procurement and cost management under an AI-enabled digital system.
During the session, our team shared RLB’s digitalisation roadmap and AI-driven cost management systems, with 5D BIM and our central cost database, CostNet, as a foundation. The discussion highlighted how AI-driven digital tools can enhance efficiency.
It was a valuable opportunity to connect, share insights and explore how digital tools can create long-term value for the industry. We are grateful to the HKHS team for the engaging discussion and look forward to further collaboration ahead.
