RLB is honoured to be appointed as the Quantity Surveying Consultant, delivering comprehensive cost and commercial management services across various project stages for the Hong Kong Metropolitan University (HKMU) New Campus in Ho Man Tin.

On 9 June, our Directors, KT Tsang and Katherine Shum, attended the groundbreaking ceremony to mark this important milestone.

Located at the junction of Sheung Shing Street and Fat Kwong Street, the 19-storey academic complex is envisioned as “A Hub for Community Health and Wellness.” With a gross floor area of approximately 31,770 square metres, it will feature state-of-the-art facilities, including an integrated health centre, an interdisciplinary research centre, an auditorium, and a multi-purpose hall—serving as a key platform for HKMU to advance community health education and services.

The project will also include two pedestrian footbridges for public use, along with additional planting and green walls to enhance the surrounding greenery, reflecting the University’s commitment to sustainable development.

RLB will support the successful delivery of this development through our cost and commercial management expertise. We look forward to contributing to HKMU’s long-term growth and the advancement of educational infrastructure in Hong Kong.
