RLB North Asia is pleased to announce the appointment of Henry Lam and Pesire Lau as Directors with effect from 1 July 2026.

Henry Lam

Henry joined RLB in 2008 and has over 25 years of experience delivering public sector construction projects in Hong Kong. He has advised public sector clients, including the Architectural Services Department and the Hong Kong Housing Authority, on commercial management, procurement, and contract administration. As NEC Lead for the Hong Kong Office, Henry plays a key role in supporting the implementation of NEC contracts and promoting collaborative project delivery practices. His extensive public sector experience and practical commercial expertise enable him to help clients deliver successful project outcomes and value-for-money solutions.

Pesire Lau

Pesire has built her career with RLB across Hong Kong and the Chinese Mainland, contributing to the delivery of a diverse portfolio of complex developments in both the private and public sectors. Combining expertise in commercial management, legal and contractual matters, and project delivery, Pesire drives strategic and solution-based advisory services to help clients navigate challenges, optimise commercial outcomes, and maximise value throughout project delivery.

In addition, RLB promotes Alice Lai, Anson Leung, and Philip Yeung as Deputy Directors, effective from 1 July 2026.
