RLB in Shenzhen has recently been awarded the certificate and medal from the Infrastructure Office of The China Capital Market Institute (CCMI), Shenzhen Stock Exchange, in recognition of our great performance as cost consultant in this project.
Co-established by the China Securities Regulatory Commission and Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government, CCMI offers professional education and training for capital market practitioners. Covering a total construction floor area of 110,000 m2, the Institute can house 1,800 people for lecture classes and provide accommodation for 600 people. It is a well-equipped campus nestled in a beautiful environment. The development won the China Construction Engineering Luban Prize 2020-2021.
RLB provided final account services for the project since 2018. The award is an acknowledgement of our quality performance by the Institute.
