Anderson Chan is a Managing Director of RLB’s North Asia region responsible for Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China and South Korea offices. He is also a director of RLB’s Global Board.
Anderson plays an important role in cost planning and research. He is a member of RICS Global Working Group for the establishment of global professional statement in cost planning.

Joining RLB in 1997, Anderson has accumulated extensive industry experiences in Hong Kong and Macau through providing cost planning and surveying services for many complex and iconic projects in hotel, gaming and hospital developments.
