Chris Kwong

Chris Kwong is a Director of of RLB’s North Asia region, joining RLB in 2007.
He was relocated to the Shenyang Office in 2010 and has since accumulated extensive project experience across the Chinese Mainland. He is currently based in Shanghai.
Chris has extensive knowledge and experience in a variety of developments including residential, commercial, educational, hotel, office, logistic related projects. He can provide a full range of quantity surveying services with specialisation in cost control and contract management.
