Henry joined RLB in 2008 and has over 25 years of experience delivering public sector construction projects in Hong Kong. He has advised public sector clients, including the Architectural Services Department and the Hong Kong Housing Authority, on commercial management, procurement, and contract administration.
As NEC Lead for the Hong Kong Office, Henry plays a key role in supporting the implementation of NEC contracts and promoting collaborative project delivery practices. His extensive public sector experience and practical commercial expertise enable him to help clients deliver successful project outcomes and value-for-money solutions.
