Based in Shanghai, Iris Lee is a Director of RLB’s North Asia region, with specific responsibility for our Shanghai and Hangzhou offices.
Qualifying as a quantity surveyor in 1992, Iris has undertaken many large-scale developments in Hong Kong. In 2004, Iris relocated to Shanghai and has been actively promoting quantity surveying profession in Mainland China. In 2017, Iris is awarded Fellow membership of China Engineering Cost Association. She is among the first group of senior professionals from Hong Kong to receive this honour.
